摘要
针对目前大枣有些深加工的选材质量无法保证,为确保食品卫生安全,增加家庭动手趣味,设计一种新型的家用便携式大枣去核机。分析大枣去核的实际意义,提出该去核机的设计要求,从给枣、定位、去核、推枣等工艺过程出发,确定去核机的机械整体结构,介绍了去核机的工作原理,并对去核机的关键机构:定位装置和去核装置做了重点分析,设计出去核机的控制方案并对样机进行模拟试验,结果表明,该去核机去核率可达93%,平均成品率可达90%,运行平稳可靠。
Because the jujube quality of deep processing could not guarantee, to ensure the food safety and incmaase family fun activities, a new type of household and portable pitting machine for jujube was designed. The significance of the jujube to remove kernel was analyzed, and the design requirements were made. Based on the analysis of processes, supplying of jujube, positioning, removing kernel and blanking, the system of basic machine was designed. The working principle of pitting machine was introduced, and the critical component of positioning device and removing kernel device were analyzed. The control circuit of pitting machine was designed and the simulation test of the pitting machine was carried out. The results indicated that the pit removal rate was 93%; the average rate of production yield was 90% and the machine operated steadily.
