摘要
为探讨高等院校食品专业在转型发展期专业课程的教学改革举措,结合普通高校食品专业实际情况,从课程重组、学时调整、课程群建设、考核方式转变、实习基地建设、提高教师实践技能等方面进行专业课程教学改革和实践,取得满意的教学效果,这些教学改革措施可有效提高学生的应用实践技能。
In order to investigate the actions of university course teaching reform of food engineering specialty under the background of the transformation, the specialized course teaching reform and practice were carried out according to the actual situation of food engineering specialty in colleges and universities, and those reforms included the practice of optimizing the teaching content, teaching hour adjustment, constructing course groups, improving the examining ways, constructing experiment and practice base and improving teachers' practical skills. With these reforms, the students' practical skills were improved, and the outcome of teaching was satisfactory.
