慕课学习者完成课程的影响因素研究

Research on the Affecting Factors of MOOC Learners' Completing Courses

低完成率是慕课不容回避的问题。研究从社会融合、外部归因、学业融合、学业不利四个维度对210名中文慕课学习者进行调查和分析,发现良好的网络环境、未预见的个人因素、工作上的变更、自主学习能力、自我效能、课程正面因素和学习预备对完成课程影响显著。为提高慕课完成率,需优化课程设计、促进有效互动与交流、注重对学习者评价能力培养、推行慕课学分认定、推进基于SPOC的混合式教学、拓展慕课证书应用渠道。

The low completion rate is a problem of MOOC which cannot be avoided. The present study investigated and analyzed 210 Chinese learners from the following four dimensions： social integration, external attribution, academic integration, and academic disadvantages. It was founded that the significant affecting factors include network environment, unforeseen personal factors, job changes, autonomous learning ability, self-efficacy, positive factors of the curriculum and learning preparation. The paper gave several suggestions to improve the MOOC completion rate.
