摘要
通过调查与农民学院的实践,发现新型职业农民培育过程中出现了一些问题和困难,并以农业生产特点和职业农民综合素质建构为基础,借鉴人口素质理论,结合数据分析与实践经验讨论,对新型职业农民培育提出一些新的看法和建议。
Through investigation and practice of Farmer College, we found some problems and difficulties in the cultivation of new professional farmers. Based on the characteristics of agricultural production and the comprehensive quality of professional farmers, we draw on the theory of population quality and combine data analysis with discussion of practical experience and put forward some new ideas and suggestions on the cultivation of new professional farmers.
