Practical Characteristics and Problems of Vocational Education and Community Education Integration

随着职业教育改革的不断深入,职业教育与社区教育融合在实践上已形成了自己的特点,但也面临着一些问题。其实践特征主要表现为融合发展的体制机制已初步形成,融合发展的基本理念已形成共识,融合建设的核心内涵已得到体现。主要问题表现在融合的政策与法规建设还缺乏专门性和针对性,融合的管理体制与运行机制还缺乏社会性和有效性,融合的教育机构和师资人员还缺乏职业性和专业性。

With the further development of educational reform, vocational education and community education have formed their own characteristics, there also exist some problems. The system and mechanism of integration has been preliminarily formed. The basic idea of integrated development has reached an consensus. And the core of integration has been reflected. There are some drawbacks in integration, such as the lack of specialization, pertinence in the construction of policies, regulations, sociality and effectiveness in the management system and operating mechanism, and professionalism in integration of institutions and the teachers.
