摘要
目的 :建立胰岛素抵抗综合征大鼠模型。方法 :用高脂高糖高盐饲料喂养大鼠八周 ,观察大鼠饮水量 ,体重 ,血压 ,葡萄糖耐量 ,血脂 ,血糖及血胰岛素水平 ,并算出胰岛素敏感性指数等。结果 :与基础饲料组大鼠相比 ,高脂高糖高盐饲料组大鼠饮水量明显增多 (多出 47% ,P <0 0 1) ;体重明显增加 (高出 11% ,P <0 0 1) ;血压明显升高 (高出 2 0 % ,P <0 0 1) ;葡萄糖耐量明显降低 (P <0 0 1) ;血清甘油三酯和胆固醇均明显增高 (分别高出 49%和 5 7% ,二者均P <0 0 1) ;高密度脂蛋白胆固醇明显降低 (低出 30 % ,P <0 0 5 ) ;血糖和胰岛素均明显升高 (分别高出 12 % ,P <0 0 5和 6 9% ,P <0 0 1) ,胰岛素敏感性指数明显降低 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :高脂高糖高盐饮食可以造成胰岛素抵抗综合征大鼠模型。
Objective:To establish experimental rat model with syndrome of insulin resistance.Methods:Adult male SD rats were divided into two groups and maintained for 8 wk on high-fat-sugar-salt diet and normal diet respectively.Both groups' water drinding amount,body weight,mean arterial BP,glucose tolerance,plasma TG,TC,and HDL-c,glucose and insulin levels,and insulin sensitivity index (ISI) were measured.Results:Compared with normal feeding,high-fat-sugar-salt feeding significantly increased water drinking amount (by 47%, P <0 01),body weight (by 11%, P <0 01),mean arterial BP (by 20%, P <0 01),the levels of plasma TG,TC,insulin (by 49%,57% and 69% respectively,all P <0 01) and glucose (by12%, P <0 05),and remarkably lowered the plasma HDL-c level (by30%, P <0 05) and the ISI ( P <0 01),and induced significant glucose intolerance.Conclusion:Rats fed diet high in fat,sugar and salt can develop to be animal models of syndrome of insulin resistance.
