摘要
通过对山西、河北、河南三省30所乡村学校初中教师教学实施能力表现水平的调查研究发现,乡村初中教师教学实施能力表现水平处于中等偏上水平,其中,"传递教学信息的能力"表现最好,"指导学生学习的能力"表现最差。同时,教学实施能力受性别的影响较大,受职称、教龄和学历的影响较小。提升乡村教师的教学实施能力,应从物质生活、情感关怀、专业提升三个方面建立三维一体的教学实施能力支持系统,其中,物质生活支持系统的构建是提升乡村教师教学实施能力的基础,情感关怀支持系统的构建是提升乡村教师教学实施能力的动力,专业提升支持系统的构建是提升乡村教师教学实施能力的有效途径和根本目的。
Based on the investigation into the teaching performance of junior high school teachers in 30 rural schools in Shanxi, Hebei, and Henan provinces, it is found that the rural junior high school teachers' teaching ability is at the upper middle level, with "the ability to transmit teaching information" being the best and "the ability to teach students to learn" being the worst. Meanwhile, the ability to implement teaching is greatly affected by gender, but less affected by the professional title, age, and education. To improve the teaching ability of rural teachers, a three-dimensional integrated support system should be established including the material life, emotional care, and professional promotion. The construction of support system in terms of material life is the basis for enhancing the ability of rural teachers to implement teaching; the construction of support system in terms of emotional care is the driving force for improving the teaching ability of rural teachers; and the construction of support system in terms of professional promotion is an effective way and a fundamental purpose for improving the teaching ability of rural teachers.
