颞骨-中内耳正常结构及解剖变异的HRCT 被引量:7

摘要 目的 :分析正常中内耳结构及解剖变异的HRCT表现 ,以期为耳科临床提供有价值的参考依据。材料和方法 :收集正常受试者 90例 ,分别行横断、冠状位及横 +冠状位的HRCT扫描。结果 :①研究了正常中内耳结构在横断位及冠状位上各层面的HRCT表现。②分析了中内耳各细微结构在横、冠状位上的显示优势。③统计了各解剖变异的发生率。结论 :HRCT对于显示正常中内耳结构及解剖变异有重要的临床及科研价值。 Object:To study HRCT feature of normal middle inner ear and anatomic variances to provide valuable information and reference for clinical otology.Material And Method:90 normal cases underwent HRCT scan in transverse position、coronary position and both.Result:①To study HRCT manifestation of normal middle inner ear in transverse position and coronary position.②Analysing the HRCT showing optimum of normal middle inner ear in transverse and coronary position.③To statistics the incidences of anatomic variances.Conclusion:HRCT has great clinical and scientific research value for normal anatomy and anatomic variances of middle inner ear.
