摘要
蜂王浆是意大利蜜蜂生产的主要蜂产品之一,也是养蜂者收入的主要经济来源之一。测试了群势大小对意大利蜂群生产蜂王浆的影响,结果表明:王台的接受率、单台产量、酸度、10-HDA含量均随着蜂群群势的增加呈上升趋势,蜂王浆中水分含量刚好相反,呈下降趋势。当蜂群群势达10框时,王台接受率较9框有极显著提升,达72.98%,11框较10框也有极显著提升,达82.91%,12框较11框增加不显著,达83.20%;当蜂群群势达10框时,单台产浆量较9框有极显著增加,达336.49 mg,11框较10框显著增加,达371.76mg,12框较11框略有降低,但差异不显著,为368.92 mg;蜂王浆酸度11框较10框、10框较9框均显著提高,12框较11框提高不显著;10-HDA含量11框较10框显著提高,其他虽整体呈增加趋势,但相邻间差异不显著;蜂王浆中水分含量10框较9框显著下降,其他相邻间差异不显著。
Royal jelly is one of the main producs of Apis mellifera, It is one of the main sources of income for beekeepers. We research the effect of the colony potential on the production of royal jelly in Apis mellifera. The results showed that the acceptance rate, the royal jelly yield in single queen cell, acidity and 10-HDA content of royal jelly increased with the increase of colony potential, while the water content of royal jelly was just the opposite, showing a downward trend. When the colony potential reached 10 framess The acceptance rate of queen cell is 72.98% which is highly significant difference to 9 frames The Ii frames also highly significant difference the 10 frames reaching 82.91, and the 12 frames reaching 83.20%, but didn't increased significant than the ii frames's. When the colony potential reached 10 frames, the royal jelly yield of the single queen cell increased highly significantly compared to the 9 frame, reaching 336.49 mg, 11 frames increased significantly compared to the 11 frame, reaching 371.76 mg, 12 frames decreased slightly compared with 11 frames, reacheing 368.92 mg , but the difference was insignificant. The percentage of 10-HDA in 11 frames was significantly higher than that in 10 frames, Others, overall, are increasing but the difference between adjacent frames was not significant. The 10 frames compared to the 9 framess, the moisture content in royal jelly decreased significant, Others overall, are decrdasing but the difference between adjacent frames was not significant.
