摘要
利用Msc Patran/Nastran软件对某330ft自升式平台的桩靴在预压、风暴自存、漂浮、拔桩工况下的强度进行分析,对桩靴的三种结构形式进行比较,得出最优的结构形式.分析结果表明,严重的工况出现在预压载和风暴自存时,应力较大区域出现在桩靴底部、舱壁角隅处、弦杆和桩靴连接的大肘板等处.优化后的桩靴,使其能适应坚硬土壤条件,平台具有了更好的站立稳性.设计还对人孔进行了优化,避免了应力集中.该桩靴的强度分析与优化对于同类桩靴的结构设计提供了有益的参考和借鉴.
Msc Patran/Nastran is used here to calculate the strength for the spudcan of 330 ft jack-up under preloading, severe storm,afloat, leg raising conditions,in order to select the best one from three different style structures. The analysis results show that, of all the conditions, the most severe is preloading and severe storm, and high stress district includes bottom structure, bulkhead corner, brackets near chords to spudcan connections. Compared to the early design, the spudcan is able to adapt to zero penetration soil. This strength calculation and optimization provide beneficial reference to design precept for this kind of spudcan.
