半潜式平台在波浪载荷抨击下的强度分析 被引量:2

摘要 下甲板受波浪载荷抨击时的强度分析是在半潜平台的基本结构设计与分析过程及总体分析相关送审报告的一项重要内容,在结构设计过程中需要完全地考虑波浪载荷冲击力对下甲板的作用.在水动力完成气隙分析之后,采用有限元分析法及公式计算法对烟台中集来福士在建的一型半潜平台下甲板受波浪载荷抨击时的强度进行分析计算对比,结果表明二者都可以完全地进行强度分析校核,但是公式计算法可以避开考虑波浪载荷抨击到下甲板的时间的同时性,能够方便快捷地给出参考结果并提供可接受的修改措施,有利于快速地实现对基本结构设计的优化和改善,确保总体强度分析结果的合理性. Strength analysis of wave load impact on lower deck is an important content in main scantling design and analysis process, also in the related issued report of global analysis. The wave load impact on lower deck must be fully considered in the main scantling design. After completing air-gap analysis by hydrodynamic term, both FEA method and Formula calculation method are used to execute the strength analysis, and the results of the two methods are compared. Consequently, both two methods can fully process the strength analysis. However, the Formula calculation method could avoid considering simultaneity of the impact time and could obtain reasonable results for reference conveniently and quickly. Therefore, the Formula calculation method for the strength analysis of wave load impact on lower deck could be used for improving and optimizing the main scantling design and insure the reasonability of the global strength analysis results.
