摘要
半潜式钻井平台中有很多的高压管路系统,管路系统的布置、附件强度、支吊架数量和间距设计,将直接影响平台的安全.针对以上特点,基于烟台中集来福士在建的半潜式钻井平台,从分析理论、参考标准、分析工具和校核工况组合的定义等多个方面进行探讨,计算该高压管路系统的一次应力和二次应力,法兰的强度以及模态分析,得到合理的管路布置,探索出半潜式钻井平台中高压管路系统应力分析的可行方法.
There are many high pressure piping systems in Semi-submersible Drilling Units, furthermore, the piping arrangements, the strength of the piping fittings and the supports spacing are critical for the safety of the units. According to the characteristics, several topics including analysis theory, reference standard, analysis tool and definition of load case combinations etc. are elaborated in the paper. The primary stress and the second stress of the high pressure piping systems are calculated, flange calculation and modal analysis are also included in the analysis, then reasonable supports spacing can be got. A feasible analysis method for the high pressure piping system of Semi-submersible Drilling Units is obtained.
