摘要
建立了一种转子-滑动轴承-弹性基础耦合系统瞬态响应的分析模型,以可倾瓦径向滑动轴承支持系统为例,考虑了轴颈涡动对轴承动特性的影响,将转子振动和轴承动态油膜分布耦合求解,并计入温度、流态变化对轴承动特性的影响,分析了外载荷、节点位置及弹性基础的刚度阻尼对系统瞬态响应的影响规律。
A numerical model is established in this paper to analyze the transient response of rotor-tilting pad journal bearing-elastic foundation coupling system. The simulation is carried out considering the influences of the journal vibration on the dynamic characteristics of the tilting-pad journal bearing. The rotor vibration coupling with the vibration of tilting-pad journal bearing dynamic oil film is solved. Meanwhile the film thermal effect and flow type are also included. Effects of load, position of node and elastic foundation on the transient response of the coupling system are studied.
