摘要
根据某船主推进系统发生振动故障现象,采取了有限元理论计算和现场测试对振动现象进行分析并找出故障原因和解决方案。最终通过对柴油机调速器的控制策略调整解决了振动现象,系统通过了航行试验振动测试验证。阐述了主推进系统和设备振动控制设计的重要性。
According to vibration fault occurring in the main propulsion system of the ship, this paper analyzes the vibration and finds out the cause of the problem and solutions by the theory of finite element calculation and field test. Finally through the adjustment to the diesel engine speed control strategy, it solves the vibration phenomenon and the system passes the vibration test validation sea trial. This article introduces the main propulsion system and the importance of equipment vibration control design.
