摘要
针对转轴扭矩测量问题,基于声表面波技术,开发无线无源的声表面波扭矩测量系统。在分析了声表面波扭矩测量的敏感机理和理论模型的基础上,设计了改进Hiccup结构的单端口谐振器,使谐振器的理论空载Q值达到14000左右。设计了声表面波信号无线获取和处理系统,制作了完整的系统样机。实际测试结果表明,所设计传感器的灵敏度达到3.968kHz/N·m,与理论计算结果高度吻合。在1000N·m量程范围,测量系统的最大非线性、重复性误差约为0.5%FS。
The wireless and passive Surface acoustic wave(SAW) torque measurement system is designed based on the SAW characteristics of passive and wireless. The principle of SAW torque measurement and theoretical model is analyzed. The improved Hiccup resonator is designed. The theoretical resonator unloads Q value up to 14000. The complete system prototype is designed and fabricated. The actual experiment results show the sensitivity of the sensor is 3.968kHz/N·m, which highly consistent with the theoretical result. Within the range of 1000N·m,the nonlinear and repeatability error is about 0.5% FS.
