阻振质量对海洋工程输液管道减振降噪的实验研究

摘要 分析了增加阻振质量后振动波沿管道的传递损失公式。建立实验模型,测试分析了管壁受外力激励时输液管道安装单个和两个阻振质量时振动波传递的损失情况。结果表明,阻振质量对振动波的传递在中高频段有着很好的阻抑作用;阻振质量环的半径越大,减振效果越好;两个阻振质量的间距对减振效果有较大的影响。研究结果对于输液管道系统的减振降噪有一定的参考价值。 The formula of transmission loss when wave transmits in the pipe with vibration isolation mass is analyzed. Setting up the physical model to measure and analyze the data of transmission loss when wave spreads in the pipe conveying fluid which has one or two paralleling arranged vibration isolation masses. It is shown that the isolation mass is very good at reducing the vibration of wave transmission in intermediate and high frequency domain. The larger the radius of inertia of vibration isolation mass, the better the damping effect. The distance of vibration isolation masses plays an important role in the vibration damping of pipe. The study has some reference value for the vibration and noise reduction of pipe conveying fluid in ocean engineering.
