摘要 分析研究整流鳍节能性能,应用CFD技术数值预报整流鳍节能效率,数值研究整体船-桨-舵相互干扰的水动力性能模型,其数值计算结果与试验结果吻合较好,具有较高的数值计算精度。进而采用上述方法预报船-桨-舵-整流鳍相互干扰的水动力性能,通过比较有整流鳍和无整流鳍两种情况下螺旋桨吸收单位转矩所发出的推力,分析了整流鳍的节能效果,得到了节能效果较优的整流鳍,其综合节能效果可达3.41%,表明整流鳍具有良好的节能效用,此方法研究船舶节能装置的节能效用具有可行性。 The energy-saving performance of commutating fin is analyzed and studied. The prediction of the energy efficiency are based on CFD method. The hydrodynamic performance prediction method for analyzing the interaction between hull and propellers and rudder is studied. The compare results of calculation results and experimental results show that the method has a better precision. Then, the hydrodynamic performance of ship hull with propeller and rudder and commutating fins are predicted by the same method. By comparing the thrust of propeller, the propeller absorbs the same torque with commutating fins and without commutating fins. The energy-saving effect of commutating fins could be gotten. By the method, the commutating fins are got which has better energy-saving effect and the energy-saving effect is 3.41%. The results show that the commutating fin has a good energy-saving effectiveness and the research of ship energy-saving device method is feasible.
