摘要 针对回转起重机摆动抑制问题,提出一种吊盘式机械防摇系统,其基本思想是在吊物上方装一个吊盘,通过吊盘阻碍吊物的单摆运动,减小摆动幅度。针对提出的吊盘式机械防摇系统,进行了回转起重机防摇试验台设计与实验研究。防摇实验验证了所提防摇系统的有效性。 For the swing suppression problem of the rotary crane, a mechanical anti-sway system with a sling tray is proposed. Its basic idea is that a sling tray is installed above the cargo to reduce swing by hindering the simple pendulum of the cargo. For the proposed mechanical anti-sway system with a sling tray, a test bed for rotary crane is designed and tested. The proposed system is proved to be effective.
