摘要
通过对DP2系统的"海洋石油299"船进行改装,将国产DP3系统应用在该船上,完成了DP系统升级,对升级后DP3系统进行了全船的故障模式及影响分析的研究。通过分析各主要功能部件的相互作用,建立了功能框图。对系统中各层次影响进行分析和分类,确定了总体上影响位置保持并引起位置丢失的任意故障模式,并制定了FMEA报告表。介绍了故障模式及影响分析的分析流程及验证程序,通过实船试验,验证了针对国产DP3系统的FMEA分析结果的合理性。
By the retrofitting of the 'HAIYANGSHIYOU 299' ship with DP2 system, the domestically-made DP3 control system is applied on the 299 ship. The upgrading of DP3 system is done. The research of FMEA on the upgraded DP3 system is carried out. The functional block diagram is set up by analyzing the interaction between main functional units. The failure modes are confirmed by analyzing effect on every level in system and set out the FMEA report form. It is introduced the analysis procedures, the preparation of FMEA report and the general contents of FMEA redundancy verification test. It is verified the rationalization of FMEA analysis result on DP3 system by ship trail.
