摘要
在保证抗拉强度的情况下,为降低40Cr杆件表面腐蚀并提高其表面硬度,文章设计了镍铬合金/金属陶瓷复合涂层及镍铬合金/含防污剂的微纳米Al2O3.TiO2复合涂层,并对WCCo Cr、Cr CCrNi、Al2O3.TiO2及氧化铬等陶瓷涂层进行了中性盐雾腐蚀、电偶腐蚀、实海腐蚀等试验,试验结果表明高速火焰+爆炸喷涂微纳米Al2O3.TiO2复合涂层综合性能良好,可有效提高杆件的耐腐蚀性能和表面硬度。
On the basis of un-decreasing the tensile strength and improving the corrosion resistance and the hardness of the 40Cr-bars' surface, the composite coating composed of nichrome and metal ceramic and another composite coating composed of the nickel chromium alloy and Micro/Nano-Al2O3.TiO2 with antifouling composition are designed. The neutral salt spray corrosion tests, couple corrosion experiments and seawater corrosion experiments for the ceramic coatings based on WCCo Cr, Cr CCr Ni, Al2O3.TiO2, CrO2 and so on are carried out. The experiment results indicate that the HVOF & Detonation sprayed Micro/Nano Al2O3.TiO2 composite coating has an excellent comprehensive performance, which can improve both the corrosion resistance and the surface hardness of the bars effectively.
