Research on Organization and Management of Modern Warship Scheduled Maintenance

介绍一种新的现代舰船计划修理组织管理模式和方法,构建总技术责任单位负责制、"四级管理"的新模式,将现代舰船计划修理划分为修前准备、修理实施、系泊航行试验、完工验收以及保修4个工作阶段,提供相应的"技术工作与修理施工并重"的工程组织管理方案。通过工程实践,显著缩短了舰船修理周期,提高了"在航率",节约了修理经费。

A new mode and method of scheduled maintenance organization management techniques of modern warship is proposed. The responsibility system of the maintenance project by Chief Design Institute and the mode of four-level management are constructed; the Scheduled maintenance of modern warship are divided into four stages: pre-maintenance, mid-maintenance, mooring and sea trial, check and Warrant; the corresponding organization and maintenance solution to the ‘technique and maintenance' is also provided. Through the project practice, the maintenance period are obvious shortened, the sailing hours are raised and funds is reduced.
