基于优化赋权法的船型技术经济模糊综合评判

摘要 在研究了主观赋权法和客观赋权法的优缺点后,提出了一种基于优化的组合赋权方法。采用序列二次优化方法计算组合权重向量,并使最终的组合权重向量与四种单一的赋权方法相似程度最高。结合这种组合赋权方式和模糊综合评价法,应用于秦皇岛至温州电厂航线散装运煤船的方案决策分析过程,并与灰色关联评价法结果进行对比,评价结果表明所提的综合方法给出的排序方案是合理的、客观的,同时该方法也能够推广应用于船舶与海洋工程决策的其它方面。 The ranking results of multi-attribute decision are closely related to the weight vector. The advantages and disadvantages of the subjective weighting method and the objective weighting method are analyzed and a new combination weighting method is proposed. In the method, the sequential quadratic optimization method is used to ensure that the ultimate weight vector has a highest degree of similarity with the four subjective and objective weighting methods. Combining the weighting method with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and applied to bulk collier decision, the results are compared with the grey correlation evaluation method show that the optician combination weighting method is explainable. At the same time, using of objective information and taking into account the subjective preferences of the experts make the decision-making programs more reasonable and credible. The comprehensive approach can be promoted to the related areas of the ship-form assessment.
