摘要
大型集装箱船具有主尺度大和甲板大开口的特点,相较于其它船型承受了更大的总纵弯曲和扭转变形,而高强度钢的使用又导致板厚减小,往往会引起严重的结构疲劳破坏。与目前常用的谱分析法和规范简化方法相比,设计波法在疲劳寿命预报上兼顾了计算精度和效率,同时可以反映真实海况的影响。本文以一艘9200TEU集装箱船为例,基于设计波方法,采用BV规范中的工况和单一设计波工况,对舱口角隅等典型疲劳热点进行了寿命预报和强度评估,为此类工程问题提供了一种解决思路。
The large container vessel has the characteristics of large main dimension and opening on the deck,which leads to larger longitudinal bending moment and torsion displacement compared to other types of vessels.The higher strength steel reduces the plate thickness,so the serious structure fatigue damage would happen.Compared to the spectrum analysis method and simplified method in rules,the design wave method has the advantage of calculation accuracy and efficiency in fatigue life prediction,and shows the influence of real sea state.In the paper,a 9200 TEU container vessel is chosen as an example,based on the design wave method,the load cases in BV rules and single design wave load case are selected to predict the fatigue life and assess the strength of some typical fatigue hot spots such as hatch corner,which provides the reference to solve such kind of project problem.
