The article mainly introduces the notice matters of the HVAC(heating,ventilation,air conditioning)design of Norway North Sea offshore project keeping to North Sea rule requirements.It analyzes the HVAC design under Norway North Sea construction standards,taking the semi-submersible drilling platform COSLProspector as an example which is constructed by Yantai CIMC Raffles for COSL Norway Company.
