摘要
生活区是供平台工作人员生活起居、娱乐、办公的场所,应位于平台的最安全区域,用于提供保护和遮蔽。随着海洋平台的发展,人们对平台生活质量的要求越来越高。北海钻井平台主要服务于挪威,除了通用的DNV规范、IMO等国际法规、国际劳工组织第92和133公约及SOLAS要遵守以外,挪威国家和相应行业规范也要遵守,比如NORSOK、NMD等。
The living quarter is the location for living,recreation and working.It shall offer personnel protection and shelter,and shall be located in the safest place on the installation.With the development of offshore platforms,the requirements of life for people on the platform are higher and higher.The drilling platform in the North Sea mainly services in Norway.In addition to DNV regulations,IMO,ILO 92/133 and SOLAS,NORSOK and NMD also shall be carried out.
