摘要
针对油船和FPSO,通过谱分析法对船体疲劳损伤度进行计算,从而得到FPSO剩余疲劳寿命。通过建立3D有限元模型,采用热点应力方法来确定评估处应力传递函数,分别计算各个短期海况损伤度,并通过线性叠加来计算总的损伤度以及剩余疲劳寿命。根据疲劳评估结果,更加高效地实施船体结构的检测及维修。
The analysis has been finished in compliance with the fatigue damage calculation procedure on the basis of spectral method. Through establishing a 3D model, the hot-spot stress approach is employed to determine the stress transfer function. The damage degrees of each short-term condition are calculated respectively. The total damage and the remaining fatigue life can be calculated by a weighted liner summation technique. According to the fatigue assessment result, the inspection and maintenance of hull structures can be effectively carried out.
