37 500 m^3双燃料乙烯船是江南造船(集团)有限责任公司完全独立自主研发的全球最大型液化乙烯气体运输船。目前首批订单的四艘船已全部成功交付船东。在市场调研过程中,研发人员了解到液化气体运输市场的部分船东有单舱装载的使用需求。为了做好市场响应和后续接单的技术准备,文章对37 500 m^3双燃料乙烯船在单舱装载工况下的浮态、弯矩剪力和稳性进行了计算分析,给出合理的货物装载和压载调整建议。
The 37 500 m^3 LEG carriers is the world's largest LEG carrier and researched by Jiangnan Shipyard(Group) Co., Ltd. independently. The four vessels of the first order have been successfully delivered to the owner. During the market research, the R&D staff have learned that some owners of the market had the need of single-tank load. In order to makes a good technical preparations for follow-up orders in the future, the paper researches the floating position, bending moment, shear force and stability of single-tank load condition, and gives the reasonable suggestion of cargo tank choice and ballast adjustment.
