摘要 某船在进坞检查调距桨装置时,发现油缸螺栓存在断裂失效问题。文章通过分析螺栓技术状态、受力计算、制作情况、理化检测等,确认螺栓断裂失效机理为氢脆断裂。为从根源上解决此类故障问题,对螺栓原材料的技术状态和工艺状态提出了处理改进措施。 The hub cylinder bolt failure is found when a ship moves into the dock to check the controllable pitch propeller(CPP). The paper analyzes the bolts' technical requirements, strength calculation, production process, physical and chemical testing, and confirmed that the failure is caused by hydrogen embrittlement fracture. In order to solve the problem, the improvement measures of technical processing requirements of the raw material of the bolts are put forward.
