摘要
文章以缓冲缸缓冲末期运动件与缓冲缸的硬接触撞击过程为研究对象,应用冲击动力学理论和非线性有限元理论对硬接触撞击过程的冲击规律特性进行分析,并将理论计算数据与实测数据的结果进行对比,进一步证明了理论分析和模型建立的准确度和可行性。在此基础上,获得了缓冲缸基座的受力要求,为缓冲缸基座的设计提供了有力支撑。
The article takes the buffer process of hard contact between the buffer cylinder end moving parts and the buffer cylinder as the study object. The theories of impact dynamics and nonlinear finite element are used to analyze the impact rule characteristics of hard contact during buffer process. The results from the theoretical calculated data and actual measured data are compared. It proves the accuracy and feasibility of the theoretical analysis and the established model. On the basis, the stress requirements of the buffer cylinder base are gained, which offers a strong support for the design of the buffer cylinder base.
