约束阻尼层振动试验夹具的动力学分析

摘要 在梁结构上敷设阻尼层和约束层,基于振动传递矩阵法,分析约束阻尼层梁结构的振动衰减特征。利用约束阻尼层的吸振机理,设计一种约束阻尼层振动试验夹具,并基于有限元仿真分析软件,求解并讨论约束阻尼层对试验夹具振动模态以及振动传递系数的影响。分析结果表明:约束阻尼层可以有效地吸收试验夹具上多余的振动能量,尤其是夹具在固有频率处的振动成分,保证振动台输出的振动能量真实地传递到试验设备上,避免被试设备的过试验或欠试验现象。 The vibration attenuation characteristics of beam structure with constrained damping layer are analyzed in detail by using of transfer matrix method. The damping layer of a new vibration test fixture is made of viscoelastic rubber material and constraint layer is made of stiffened structure with high flexural rigidity, which is designed for avoiding over test and under test of ship equipment. The vibration modes and vibration transfer coefficient are calculated by using of finite element method. The numerical results reveal that the constrained damping layer achieves excellent vibration absorption performance of the test fixture, especially the vibration energy in the frequency ranges near where vibration modes of the fixture locate.
