摘要 文章针对目前市场上升降式推进器升降机构在传动效率、空间占用上的不足,提出一种齿轮齿条型升降机构。该型升降机构齿轮齿条传动副可通过电机直接驱动,具有传动效率高的特点。通过少齿数与变位设计,可减小传动机构整体结构尺寸。通过增加双齿传动与带轮传动,既能增加综合重合度提高传动稳定性,又能实现误差补偿减少磨损、提高使用寿命。通过Adams软件对齿轮齿条传动副进行运动学仿真,分析双齿与齿条啮合过程,验证文章对齿轮齿条传动副机理分析的正确性,同时也验证该型升降机构在实际应用的可行性。 A new type of jacking mechanism with rack and pinion is proposed in the paper because of the defect in the matter of the transmission efficiency and the size of the jacking propeller in the market at present. The jacking mechanism, driven directly by the electric motor in order to keep the high transmission efficiency, is designed with the pinion of few numbers of teeth and rational modification coefficient in order to decrease the size, and also is designed with two pinions to improved the stability and the pulley transmission mechanism to realize the function of error compensation to reduce wear and extend working hours. The correctness of analysis of the rack and pinion mechanism is verified by the Adams, an excellent simulation and analysis software. The feasibility of practical application of the mechanism is illuminated.
