摘要 文章采用ABB的AC500系列PLC进行了基于CS31总线的双冗余船舶推进控制系统设计,介绍了控制器、通讯总线、电源和部分重要接口的硬件冗余实现方案,陈述了双冗余船舶电力推进控制系统的推进和舵桨控制接口,阐述了电力推进控制系统的功能。文章设计方案实现了推进控制系统的热冗余,即某一器件故障时能不停机自动切换至备用的器件工作,明显提高了船舶的安全性和可靠性,对电力推进船舶的智能化和无人化发展具有重要的意义。 In the paper, ABB AC500 series PLC is used to design the dual redundant ship propulsion control system based on CS31 bus. The paper introduces hardware redundancy implementation of controller, communication bus, power supply and some important interfaces, presents the propulsion and rudder control interface of the dual redundant ship electric propulsion control system, describes the functions of the dual redundant ship electric propulsion control system. The paper realizes the heat redundancy of electric propulsion control system. In other words, when a device fails, it can switch to the spare device automatically without stopping, which obviously improves the safety and reliability of the ship. The paper is of great importance to the intelligent and impersonal development of electric propulsion ships.
