48/60CR主机喷射单元失控的诊断与解决策略

摘要 为了降低船舶海上航行风险,以MAN公司先进的48/60CR主推进装置为例,对该共轨喷射系统在海上大风浪航行中,突发喷射控制系统故障,进行了过程描述,提出了高压共轨喷射系统紧急分析诊断方案,解决了高压共轨喷射控制单元失控的问题,为共轨主机的类似问题提供了解决思路与方法,实现了快速定位的参照。实践经验表明,该方法可以有效提高解决问题的效率,增强船舶海上航行的安全性,对该类型问题具有重要的现实指导意义。 In order to reduce the risk of ship sailing, taking the advanced 48/60 CR main propulsion unit of MAN for example, the process description is done for the common-rail injection system suddenly meeting the injection control system fault during a stormy voyage at sea. The emergency diagnosis scheme is proposed for the high-pressure common rail injection system, solving the out-of-control problem of high-pressure common rail injection control unit. It offers the solution and the method of the similar problems for common rail main engine. The quick positioning is realized. The practical experience shows that the method can effectively improve the efficiency of solving problem, and enhance the security of ships at sea, which has important practical significance of the kind of problems.
