摘要 双丝MAG焊技术用于薄板焊接具有焊接速度快、熔敷效率高、焊接变形小的特点。但国内关于双丝MAG焊应用于薄板对接焊的研究较少,且没有实际应用。为了在国内豪华邮轮项目引入双丝MAG焊技术,文章采用双丝MAG焊技术进行5 mm薄板的对接焊,分析其焊接接头的组织及性能,并通过方案优化得到性能良好的焊接接头。 Double-wire MAG welding can be used to weld thin plates for its high welding speed, high deposition efficiency and little welding transformation. However, there are few studies and no practical application about double-wire MAG butt welding of thin plates in our country. In order to bring in the double-wire MAG to domestic luxury cruise project, double-wire MAG welding is used to weld butt joints of 5 mm thin plates in the paper, and then the microstructure and mechanical properties of the butt joints are analyzed. Finally the weld joints with perfect mechanical properties are obtained after the program optimization.
