船舶在各种海况下航行,包含丰富的海情信息和船舶姿态信息,对船舶适航性有效评估是非常有用的。同时这些数据对船舶安全管理也至关重要。文章分析了船舶适航性数据采集和分析系统的需求,介绍了基于互联网和云计算环境的"衡拓云适航"系统的设计思想、系统架构,并详细介绍了各组成部分的主要功能。
Ship sailing in the various sea conditions includes a lot of sea state information and ship attitude information. It is very useful for evaluating the seaworthiness of the ship. At the same time, these data of ship safety management is very important. The paper analyzes the requirements of seaworthiness data acquisition and analysis system. It introduces the hunter cloud seaworthiness system design and data architecture based on Internet and cloud computing. The main functions of each component are introduced in detail.
