摘要 舱内敞口管路穿过水密舱壁或甲板时,如果管路因意外破损,将破坏舱壁或甲板的水密完整性,从而削弱船舶的破损稳性。通过对该管路路径进行优化,使其在布置时经过船舶的破损安全区域,或设置隔离阀将敞口管路变为闭口管路,可有效阻止船舶破损工况下浸水区域的海水经过破损管路进入完整舱室,保证完整舱室的水密性,进而提高船舶的破损稳性。 When internal open end piping penetrates through watertight bulkhead or deck,the watertight integrity of bulkhead or deck may be damaged by the broken open end piping,which will consequently weaken the damage stability of the ship.By optimizing the piping,it go through the damage safety area of ship during installation,or design an isolating valve to make the open end piping closed.It can effectively prevent the sea water spreading from the flooded compartment to the intact compartment so as to protect the water tightness of intact compartment and thus to enhance the damage stability of ship.
