摘要
封头作为耐压壳的重要组成部分,常用于密闭柱形和锥形结构的端部,其质量的优劣直接关系到潜水器的安全性和结构的完整性。对深海蝶形密封保护罩的设计进行研究,对比分析蛋形封头、蝶形封头和球形封头在相同工况条件下的强度和稳定性特性,由此得出仿生蛋形封头在实际工程应用中的实用性。结果表明,蛋形封头的综合性能最优,是千米水深耐压封头设计的有效选择。
As an important part of pressure hull,head is often used to seal the end of cylindrical and conical structure.Its quality is directly related to the safety and structural integrity of submersible.The design of deep-sea butterfly-shaped seal cover is studied.The strength and stability characteristics of egg-shaped head,butterfly-shaped head and spherical head under the same working conditions are compared and analyzed.Therefore,the practicability of the biomimetic egg-shaped head in practical engineering application is obtained.The results show that the comprehensive performance of egg-shaped heads is optimal,which is an effective choice for the design of 1 000 meters deep water pressure head.
