摘要
针对某新型钻井船钻台支撑结构,基于DLA全船有限元分析结果,采用子模型方法,对钻台支撑结构关键区域进行网格细化,综合考虑钻井船生命周期内全部装载和作业工况,对钻台支撑结构进行结构设计和强度评估。通过分析各计算工况下的控制载荷,并探索相应的结构优化方向,总结得到钻井船钻台支撑结构的设计要点,可为研究人员提供相应的借鉴和参考。
For a new type of drill floor support structure,based on the DLA finite element analysis results of the whole ship,the sub-model method is adopted,and the key areas of the drill floor support structure are refined by grid.Considering all loading and operating conditions in the life cycle of the drilling vessel,the drill floor support structure is designed and evaluated.By analyzing the control loads under various calculation conditions and exploring the corresponding structural optimization direction,the design points of drill floor support structure are summarized,which can provide relevant reference for researchers.
