摘要
可调液压式缓冲制动方式相对于传统缓冲方式要优越许多,工作稳定可靠,能量吸收率高,可根据不同使用工况对执行机构实施缓冲制动。文章主要分析一种可调液压式缓冲制动油缸的工作原理、阻尼特性及调节方式,通过仿真分析论证可调液压式缓冲制动油缸的高可靠性,可为缓冲制动机械机构应用场合的可调液压式缓冲油缸的工程应用提供一定的参考。
The adjustable hydraulic cushion brake is much better than the traditional buffering method,the work stable and reliable,the energy absorption rate is high,and the brake mechanism can be applied to the actuating mechanism according to different working conditions.The work principle,damping characteristics and adjusting method of an adjustable hydraulic cushion brake cylinder are mainly analyzed in this paper,the high reliability of the adjustable hydraulic cushion brake cylinder is proved by simulation analysis,the utility model can provide a reference for the engineering application of an adjustable hydraulic buffer cylinder for the application of a buffer braking mechanism.
