摘要
以某型液压插销升降系统为例,对其进行失效模式及影响分析(FailureModeandEffect Analysis,FMEA),总结液压插销升降系统的主要失效模式及风险系数(Risk Priority Number,RPN),再以其典型结构为例,利用ANSYS软件对其失效工况的强度进行校核。结果表明,结构强度满足设计要求。基于FMEA的结构强度分析,对液压插销升降系统结构设计具有重要的指导意义。
The main failure mode and risk priority number for hydraulic yoke and pin jacking system has been given based on the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis(FMEA).The example of the typical structure for the hydraulic yoke and pin jacking system is taken;the structural strength in failure mode can be checked by ANSYS.The structural strength met the requirement of design.The analytical way for structural strength based on FMEA is import for the structural designing of hydraulic yoke and pin jacking system.
