摘要
介绍自升式海工平台齿轮齿条式升降系统,研究了在齿条齿距偏差较大状态下的实际啮合状态。提出一种实船便捷测量齿条齿面距的方法,并给出局部不合格处的修模处理措施。通过实船验证的方式,验证了修磨后整船升降更加平稳,升降单元载荷波动更小。
The gear-rack jacking system of jack-up offshore platform is introduced.The actual meshing state under the condition of large rack pitch deviation is studied.A method for measuring the tooth pitch of rack is presented.In addition,the repair measures of local nonconformities are given.After tooth pitch grinding,the ship lift is more smoothly and load fluctuation of jacking unit is smaller,which are verified by real ship test.
