摘要
通过动力学仿真软件对爬升齿轮在升降过程中的承载进行分析,研究齿条齿距偏差对爬升齿轮载荷的影响。计算表明,齿条齿距误差对升降系统爬升齿轮承载有明显影响:当齿距误差较小时,齿轮承载波动较小;当齿距误差较大时,齿轮承载波动较大。分析结果可为桩腿齿条齿距公差控制提供依据,同时为升降系统齿轮的承载能力设计提供参考。
The loads of climbing gear in the jacking process are analyzed using the dynamic simulation software,and the influence of rack pitch error on the load of climbing gear is studied.The calculation shows that the rack pitch error has an obvious influence on the climbing gear carrying of the jacking system.When the error of gear distance is small,the fluctuation of the gear load is small,while the error of gear distance is large,the fluctuation of the gear load is large.The basis for the control of rack pitch tolerance of leg and reference for the design of the bearing capacity of the climbing gear is provided.
