摘要
文章针对某型船舶舵机出现的拉杆断裂故障进行分析研究,介绍液压舵机机械故障的分析和排除方法。分别从拉杆长度不一致、拉杆接头与舵柄间隙、柱塞行程不一致、拉杆材料、拉杆平面运动等方面对造成拉杆断裂的原因及后果进行分析,分析表明拉杆断裂是因其在运动过程中与异物产生非正常碰撞所致。
The tie rod fracture of a ship steering gear is analyzed and studied,and the mechanical failure analysis of hydraulic steering gear and the corresponding restoring method are introduced.The cause and consequence of tie rod fracture was analyzed from several aspects including difference of the length of the tie rod,the interval between tie rod and tiller,difference of the stroke of the plunger,material and plane movement of tie rod.It indicated that the fracture of tie rod was due to the abnormal collision between the tie rod and impurity during the movement.
