摘要
主要针对低温环境以及大温差工况对液压马达密封性的影响,在低温材料选型及关键摩擦副匹配性设计、大温差下关键摩擦副配合间隙设计、低温密封件选型以及低温液压油选型4个方面进行研究。通过理论分析与仿真验证,确定适用于低温环境的液压马达密封技术方案,为低温环境下液压马达密封技术方案的设计提供有效依据。
Aiming at the influence of low temperature environment and large temperature difference on the sealing performance of hydraulic motor,the selection of low temperature material and matching design of key friction pair,the matching clearance design of key friction pair under large temperature difference,and the selection of low temperature sealing material and selection of low temperature hydraulic oil are studied.Through theoretical analysis and simulation verification,the seal scheme of hydraulic motor suitable for low temperature environment is determined,which provides an effective basis for the design of seal scheme of hydraulic motor in low temperature environment.
