摘要 基于青岛海西重机有限责任公司建造多座海洋工程平台的经验,介绍铝合金甲板钢质桁架式直升机平台的铝合金甲板与钢质桁架联接结构在优化前后的两种设计形式,描述优化前联接结构在不同施工阶段的施工工艺、施工难点、对直升机平台船台搭载的影响以及优化后联接结构与优化前联接结构的横向对比,并结合施工现场实例验证优化后联接结构的优越性。 Based on the experience of building many ocean engineering platforms,two design forms before and after optimization of joint structure between aluminum alloy deck and steel girder of helicopter platform with aluminum deck and steel girder are introduced.The technology and difficulties in the construction of the pre-optimized connection structure at different construction stages,the influence on the loading of the ship platform on the helicopter platform,and the horizontal comparison between the post-optimized and the pre-optimized connection structure are described.The advantages of the optimized connection structure are verified with the construction site examples.
