大膨胀比高效涡轮设计

摘要 高效高压比设计是未来船用柴油机涡轮增压器的发展趋势,而涡轮作为主要部件,其效率、膨胀比、可靠性等对整机性能均具有重要影响。文章介绍了一种大膨胀比高效轴流涡轮的设计,摒弃了传统的长叶片拉筋丝设计,采用新的大流量系数宽弦设计法,通过仿真分析对其强度性能及气动性能进行可视化研究。结果表明:叶片应力小于材料屈服极限,气动性能满足设计要求。 The turbocharger with high efficiency and high pressure ratio is the development trend of marine diesel engine turbochargers.As the main component of the turbocharger,the efficiency,expansion ratio and reliability of turbine have important influences on the turbochargers’performance.The method of design and optimization of the turbine with high efficiency and high expansion ratio is introduced.The conventional high blade with damping wires is abandoned,and the blade with large flow coefficient and wide chord is adopted.The aerodynamic performance and strength property are studied by simulation.The results show that the blade stress is less than the material yield limit and the aerodynamic performance meets the design requirement.
