摘要
活塞件作为船用低速柴油机的关键重要部件,柴油机的使用寿命受其可靠性的影响,而活塞失效原因众多,最为常见的是机械疲劳损伤。为提高柴油机的机械效率和活塞机械疲劳的可靠性,需要进行活塞机械疲劳的性能数值计算和动态疲劳测试。在综述国内外活塞机械疲劳动态测试技术现状的基础上,针对我国船用低速机研发技术路径,给出适用我国船用低速机的活塞件机械疲劳动态测试建议。
Piston is the key part of low-speed marine diesel engine,the working life of the engine is affected by their reliability,there are many reasons for positon failure,the most common one is mechanical fatigue damage.To improve the mechanical efficiency of the marine diesel engine and the reliability of the piston,numerical simulation and dynamic mechanical fatigue testing is essential.Based on the research status of the piston dynamic mechanical fatigue testing and the marine diesel engine developing technical path,advise is given for the dynamic mechanical fatigue testing for low-speed marine diesel engine piston.
