摘要
为控制船舶废气对大气的污染,国际海事组织制定Tier III排放标准。SCR技术是目前能够达到TierIII排放限值的主要技术措施之一。从燃油种类选择、主要设备的布置、排气管系的设计、尿素溶液的储存、压缩空气系统的设计5个方面,分析SCR对机舱布置的影响。最后以1 100 TEU集装箱船和600 TEU集装箱船为例,分别介绍高压和低压SCR系统在实船上的应用。
International Maritime Organization stated TierⅢemission standard to control the pollution of the ship’s exhaust gas to the atmosphere.SCR technology is one of the main technologies that can fulfill TierⅢemission limit.The influence of SCR device to engine room arrangement is analyzed from these five aspects,choosing of fuel oil,arrangement of main equipments,design of exhaust pipe,storage of urea solution and design of compressed air system.Taking 1 100 TEU container ship and 600 TEU container ship as examples,the application of high pressure and low pressure SCR system onboard is introduced.
