摘要
为解决以风能为主要能源的直流母线架构的离网型微电网能量调度问题,提出一种修正硬充电策略(RHCC)。该能量管理策略的核心目标为:在不影响设备的安全及寿命的情况下最大限度使用风能,减少柴油发电机组的启动次数,维持直流母线电压不过压情况下为蓄电池充电。通过示范项目的运行,验证了该策略的有效性。
In order to solve the energy scheduling problem of off-grid microgrid with DC bus architecture based on wind energy,a revised hard cycle charge(RHCC)strategy is proposed.The core objective of the energy management strategy is to maximize the use of wind energy without effecting the safety and longevity of the equipment,to reduce the number of starts of the diesel generator set,and to charge the battery while maintaining the DC bus voltage.The effectiveness of the strategy is verified through the operation of the demonstration project.
