摘要
对机组使用寿命影响较大的风资源特征湍流强度对机组疲劳载荷有直接影响,且与引起极限载荷的极端阵风直接相关。为降低其对机组的影响,文章提出一种基于湍流特征的转速转矩控制算法,该算法运用湍流强度对风速分布的影响,并引入概率论中大概率事件统计方法确定湍流风速分布范围,再结合湍流强度的定义方式,定义风电机组在垂直风轮平面方向受力变化强度,最后根据疲劳载荷的计算原理得到满足标准疲劳载荷的转速、转矩控制法。该方法在消除超设计标准湍流强度对机组疲劳和极限载荷影响的基础上实现了机组最大出力,降低了机组发电损失。
The turbulence intensity of the wind resource characteristic which has a great influence on the service life of the unit has a direct influence on the fatigue load of the unit and is directly related to the extreme gust which causes the ultimate load.To reduce its influence on the unit,a speed torque control algorithm based on turbulence characteristics is proposed.The algorithm uses the influence of turbulence intensity on wind speed distribution and the large probability event statistics method in probability theory to determine the turbulence wind speed distribution range.Then the force variation intensity of wind turbine in vertical wind turbine plane is defined by combining the definition of turbulence intensity.Finally,according to the calculation principle of fatigue load,the rotational speed and torque control method satisfying the standard fatigue load are obtained.The method achieves the maximum output of the unit and reduces the loss of power generation on the basis of eliminating the influence of the super-designed standard turbulence intensity on the fatigue and ultimate load of the unit.
